My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was amazing, right by the ocean and surrounded by beautiful gardens and designer shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but some service mishaps left a bad taste. The dining experience was fantastic, especially at Le Zoo. The value for money could be improved due to additional charges like the spa service not included in the resort fee.
